Plan for week 2
So, week 1 of my challenge done; well not really a whole week as I didn't start until Monday, but I like to have my weigh in and start of week on a Saturday, so am having a short week 1.
I stuck to plan, mostly, except that I decided to swap tomorrow's rest day to today, as I'm feeling rather tired. Probably because last night's jam class was an 8.15 timeslot: I don't really like teaching so late as I get home at 9.45 too hungry and buzzing from teaching to get a good night's sleep. In fact, think I will stick to Fridays as a rest day for the next few weeks as it seems to fit in well with my weekly routine.
So here is the plan for week 2:
Saturday: Run, kettlebells
Sunday: Teach combat
Monday: Kettlebells, teach combat
Tuesday: Practice new jam routine & teach jam (old routine! head may explode!)
Wednesday: Run, kettlebells
Thursday: Combat technique session, jam.
Friday: Rest day and massage (mmmmmmmmm)
Will have my official weigh in tomorrow morning and update then ......
